We provide professional appliance inspection, diagnosis, and repair services. Please note that we do not sell products, spare parts, or accessories—all payments are for labor, service, and expertise provided by our trained technicians.
2. When Refunds Are Possible
A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:
The technician is unable to diagnose or repair the reported issue.
The same problem recurs within 3 days of service and cannot be resolved upon a follow-up visit.
You cancel your booking before the technician arrives and have already made an advance payment.
3. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Issued
Refunds will not apply if:
A new, unrelated issue arises after the service.
You decline the repair after diagnosis (diagnostic fees will still apply).
The appliance is mishandled, tampered with, or damaged after our service.
The problem is outside the scope of the requested service or beyond the warranty period.
4. Free Revisit Policy
If an issue persists after service, we usually offer one free revisit within the 3-day warranty period instead of immediately issuing a refund. This ensures we attempt to resolve the problem thoroughly before considering a refund.
