1. Service Scope

  • We provide appliance repair, maintenance, and related services for major international brands, including Samsung, LG, Bosch, Siemens, Whirlpool, Electrolux, Toshiba, Hisense, Miele, AEG, and others.

  • Our services are currently available in Dubai and Abu Dhabi only.

  • Repairs are carried out by certified and trained technicians who follow UAE safety and service standards.

2. Service Booking

  • Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or our website form.

  • Customers are required to provide accurate details including:

    • Full Name

    • Contact Number

    • City/Emirate

    • Appliance Brand & Type

    • Issue Description

  • Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays in service delivery.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Pricing is communicated clearly before service confirmation.

  • Quotes are based on the type of appliance, brand, spare parts required, and complexity of the repair.

  • Additional charges (if any) will only be applied after customer approval.

  • Payments may be made via cash, card, or approved online methods.

4. Warranty & Repairs

  • We provide a limited service warranty (period depends on the repair type and parts replaced).

  • Warranty applies only to the specific issue repaired and not to unrelated faults or misuse.

  • Manufacturer warranties (if any) remain separate from our service guarantee.

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair attempts will void any warranty.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Customers may cancel a booking by notifying us at least 4 hours before the scheduled visit.

  • If cancellation occurs after a technician has been dispatched, a service call fee may apply.

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed in line with our Refund Policy.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service, customers must:

  • Provide access to the appliance at the agreed service time.

  • Ensure safe working conditions for our technicians.

  • Disclose any prior issues, repairs, or modifications done on the appliance.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While we take every precaution, Customers Care UAE is not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage to appliances.

    • Loss of data stored in electronic appliances (e.g., smart refrigerators).

    • Secondary issues arising after unauthorized third-party repairs.

  • Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, including text, images, design, and branding, is the property of Customers Care UAE.

  • Content may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

9. Privacy

  • Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not share or sell customer information to third parties for marketing.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

  • Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
